Terms and conditions

Herewith our terms and conditions. By accepting a quote and instructing Mend-A-Pool to conduct work on your premisses the following terms and conditions must be met and uphold.

Piece of mind

We pride ourselves in providing outstanding quality workmanship, however we have your best interests in mind for the best possible outcome when working with us.

Guarantees and warranties

There are definitely guarantees and warranties on most items we supply and install. However some items do not have guarantees or warranties.

Payment terms

Payment terms are structured as a per job status. Amount less than R6000 to be paid upfront. Any amounts higher will be subject to job profile which usually results in progress payments.

Refunds or cancellations

Mend-A-Pool does not do refunds whatsoever. We can pass you a credit though if a specific line item on a quote was not fullfilled.

Guarantees or warranties

All works completed by Mend-A-Pool comes with a guarantee on workmanship. Due to the fact that there is so many different scopes of work that could come into play, each job is allocated it’s guarantee or warranty. Please insist on your guarantees or warranties from the administration. Mend-A-Pool does not guarantee or provide a warrantee on any products supplied or installed. These products that are supplied and installed have guarantees or warranties via there respected manufacturers. Note that very few items may not have a guarantee or warranty. Only projecs with a submitted guarantee or warranty form will be eligible for a claim.

Cancellations

Mend-A-Pool does not accept cancellations on projects that have been paid for. We do understand that life may come with its curve balls and will accept to either delaying the works to accommodate you with unexpected delays.

Clients whom wish to cancel on projects that have not been paid are welcome to do so as we have not yet commited to your project or job scope.
